3-Day/Wk Workout Program
Strength Made Simple
The Health Movement 3-Day/Wk Strength Plan
Dumbbells and a pull-up bar · About 50–60 minutes · Four weeks
You don't need a gym membership, a coach, or a complicated program to get stronger. You need a plan that tells you exactly what to do, three days a week, and a reason to come back next week.
This is that plan.
Who it's for
You want to build muscle and look better, but don't have 6 days a week to lift. This is for you.
You don't need to be advanced. You need to be willing to show up three times a week, 50-60 min a session, for four weeks.
What's inside
Three workouts per week, built on paired sets so you move efficiently without rushing. Every session lists the exercises, sets, reps, and rest — plus how to know when to add weight and what to do when you can't. Four weeks of programmed progression, so week four asks more of you than week one, on purpose.
Cardio is included as an optional section at the end. Add it if you want it. Skip it if you don't. The strength plan works either way.
What you need
A set of dumbbells and a pull-up bar. That's it. No cables, no machines, no specialty equipment. If you have access to more, there are notes on substitutions.
Small steps. Real progress.
